We keep things personal. Whether it’s a shy pup or a social butterfly, every dog gets focused attention from our team, ensuring they feel calm, loved, and completely at ease.

After all that excitement, it’s time to chill. Cosy spots, fresh water, and calm surroundings help every pup unwind before heading home happy (and a little muddy).

DAYCARE FAQS

Everything you need to know before your pup joins the pack!

From first meet & greets to regular daycare days, here’s how we keep things smooth, safe, and tail-waggingly fun. Whether you’re wondering what to bring or how to book, we’ve got all the answers below.

  • We’ll arrange a relaxed introduction so your dog can meet us (and maybe sneak a treat or two). It’s a great way to make sure they feel comfortable before joining daycare.

  • Your pup joins us for a half or full day to see how they get on with the rest of the pack. We’ll assess how they settle, play, and socialise making sure it’s a pawfect fit.

  • Yes! We provide a convenient pick-up and drop-off service for local dogs. Because your schedule shouldn’t get in the way of their fun.

  • Just their lead, harness, and any food or medication they might need we’ll handle the rest!

  • For our regular daycare pups, please send your dates at least a month in advance to secure your spot. Spaces fill up fast!

BOARDING FAQS

Because your dog deserves a
home-away-from-home.

Leaving your pup can be tough but we make it easy with cosy stays, constant care, and plenty of updates. Here’s everything you need to know before their sleepover with us.

  • Right here in our cosy home no kennels, just comfy beds and plenty of cuddles.

  • Absolutely! We send daily photos and videos so you can see how much fun your pup’s having (and maybe get a little jealous).

  • Yes, but they book up quickly especially over Christmas when we even serve a special doggy dinner!

  • Bring their food, bed, and any comfort items they love. We’ll make sure they feel right at home.

We’ll book a friendly meet & greet to get to know each other and make sure your dog feels comfortable.

Comes a test day a fun little trial run to help your pup meet the pack who’ll become their regular daycare buddies.
